Guess that's what you could expect from Jack, should they indeed meet in person. Probably, at this point she realised that TIM is not whom to blame, if Cerberus was aware of her existence to begin with, he would try to convince her to join the their cause instead.
That facility wasn't a Cerberus' project. They received a grant from Cerberus, yet they would've found their funding with or without the former, thus the result will be the same. Sure, he's still responsible for giving funds for fvcked up purposes in general, but not personally for what had happened to her.

Should the same happen earlier, it would not end so friendly, though.
